
Since returning home to Islay in February 2013 and starting Glenegedale House we are proud to have achieved Five Star Gold with both the AA and Visit Scotland and to have been recognised for our hard work and dedication in the following awards.

have now filmed us in operation cooking for guests twice and it airs on a regular basis on BBC Scotland - We were asked and then featured as bed and breakfast of the year by The Luxury Bed and Breakfast Magazine 2017

With Graeme and Emma both having completed their degrees in Hospitality Management and Graeme going onto work his way up in the management ladder through Thistle hotels, MoatHouse and then finally the Marriott International for several years while Emma focused on Sales and brand Marketing within the Pharmaceutical industry they both found they had a passion for tourism and hospitality and with a combined total of over thirty years in the industry they draw on their experience in order to create the perfect guest stay at Glenegedale House.
